💬 Customer messaging
You message customers from your own phone and email — on your phone, Send opens your text app with the words written; on a computer, it opens your email. There's no separate Forks Down number to manage, and replies come straight back to you.
📧 Your Forks Down email address
Claim your own @putforksdown.com address. Customers email you there, and their messages land right in your Message Center — no separate inbox to check. Pick your name; your address can't be changed once it's claimed, so choose one you're happy to keep.
